How do I place an order?
You can browse products, select size and color, then click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, go to the cart and complete checkout by entering shipping & payment details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order is still being processed (i.e., hasn’t shipped yet), we may be able to adjust it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
How long will delivery take?
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. After that, shipping times take 1-2 business days, total takes 2-4 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs you $4 only, wherever you are in the Lebanon region.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number and a link so you can monitor its delivery status.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns (or exchanges) within 7 days of delivery. Check the return policy, provided items are unused, unworn, and with tags still attached. Contact us with your order number and reason for return at tyebtop@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message at +961 76 602 088, and we will provide you with return instructions.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to a defect or our error). In some cases, we may provide prepaid return labels.
How do I choose the right size?
If you don't know your right size, send us a WhatsApp message at +961 76 602 088 so we can help you pick the right size for you.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
You can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. We’ll email you once it’s available again.
